Stayed in new-fashioned double room with tea and coffee making facilities, coffee avalible, sofa bed. The hotel's location was good and quiet on the outskirts towards Brussels.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was fine. The room I stayed in was brand-new and modern with tea and coffee avalible. The setting was convenient, near the business district of Wavre, nice restaurant and nearby food and drink outlets.

Cannot find any fault!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at check-in were courteous and apologized for the poor booking service. The room size for our family was great, and there were signs of weariness in the room. However, the open balcony door without a balcony and the unsafe emergency stairs made of scaffolding were concerning for the kids. The hotel's location was excellent, being so close to Walibi. The wifi didn't work in the room, but it was reliable in the lobby. this hotel provided good value for the price, and I would choose it again when visiting this city.

The room was nice and big. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had all the necessary things. Free WiFi, was also a positive point.

The bathroom-toilet was really smelly. The door had to be always closed, so as not to feel the smell in the bedroom.
